Office of the County Manager

The Community Reinvestment team is housed within the Office of the County Manager. Community Reinvestment was initially established to manage the American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to maximize the County's ability to recover from the pandemic and enhance the quality of life in the community. The division is also responsible for coordinating the County's annual federal appropriations applications and managing the projects once awarded. The division serves as a hub for identifying federal, state, and foundation discretionary grants while developing other department's capacity to manage federal awards in the future.
